Interested to set up a booth in the 2024 EAS Congress Exhibit?
Registrations for exhibitors shall open on 25 March 2024. Pleaseplease complete the Exhibit Registration Form below. The deadline for registration is on 1 September 2024. The Congress Secretariat shall allocate the booth space on a first-come, first-served basis in line with the specific exhibition theme and exhibitor categories.

Complete the payment to secure the booth allocation not later than 1 September 2024. Exhibitors are encouraged to pay online using credit cards. Other options for payment include: telegraphic transfer or cheque (please contact the EAS Congress Secretariat for details).
